I liked staying at hotel and will be back. The property's location was good and fantastic, within walking distance of everything. Besides, it was right by Castel Sant'Angelo and the airport and many restaurants and bars. The beds where big, I slept well. The private bathroom.

Fabrizio's Rooms
During my recent transit in Rome, I had the opportunity to stay at Fabrizio's Rooms, and I must say that there were a couple of features that made my stay convenient. the location was ideal for my needs. As someone who frequently travels, being close to the airport is always a bonus. Fabrizio's Rooms is situated just 17 km from the nearest airport, Ciampino, and only 20 km away from the bustling city centre. This proximity to transportation hubs allowed for effortless transfers, saving me both time and hassle.
The only minor downside I encountered at Fabrizio's Rooms was the firmness of the bed. While some guests may appreciate a harder mattress, I personally found it slightly uncomfortable.

fabrizio's rooms truly exceeded our expectations during our stay in rome. the location was perfect - close to everything but not overcrowded with tourists. fabrizio was a great host, always responsive and helpful. the room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were fantastic. would highly recommend for couples!
Noisy street outside.

Loved renting a bike and car at this swanky hotel in the posh part of town. The airport was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. And oh, how I adored the minibar and electric tea pot. Such luxury!
Ha! Like I have any complaints, darling. Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel is located in a prime area, with easy access to all the main attractions of the city. Everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Additionally, there is a metro station nearby, providing even more accessibility to different parts of the city. The room itself is clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the owner being friendly, competent, and always available to assist guests. The hotel also offers various amenities and facilities, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One minor issue encountered during the stay was the AC unit struggling to keep up with the extremely hot weather. Although it provided some relief, it never quite reached a cool temperature.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
